Creating a My City Self-Serve profile will allow you to use a variety of services to help manager your accounts. You will be asked to create your own user name and password, and provide a valid email address. You will also be required to provide your customer ID, and account number or animal tag number. This information can be found on a current utility bill, tax notice, or dog licence renewal invoice. If you are not already a Town of Whitecourt utility, tax, or dog licence customer, you will need to stop in to the Town Office to set up an account.

If you do not already do business with us, creating a new My City Self-Serve profile will allow you to use a select set of services such as business and animal licence applications.
