Creating a My City Self-Serve profile will allow you to use a variety of services to help manager your accounts. You will be asked to create your own user name and password, and provide a valid email address. You will also be required to provide your customer ID, and account number or animal tag number. This information can be found on a current utility bill, tax notice, or dog licence renewal invoice. If you are not already a Town of Whitecourt utility, tax, or dog licence customer, you will need to stop in to the Town Office to set up an account.
